I never should have been a successful CEO. I’m a first-generation immigrant, a woman of color, and the one business idea that I truly believed in got rejected by everyone I pitched it to. The odds were all against me.
Ten years later, I transformed my rejected business idea into a thriving enterprise, achieving over $100 million in revenue. Remarkably, I became the second woman, and the first woman of color, in Florida to lead a business to a billion-dollar exit, a rarity in the world of unicorn businesses.
In my journey to becoming a CEO, I saw an unprecedented opportunity... to create real impact and change in the industry. I created CEO School to share my knowledge with other female founders and support them in breaking 7 figures in revenue.
